ESKA (Eastern Shotokan Karate Association) is a professional, award-winning karate club based in East Anglia, headed by Chief Instructor Jason Hitchings, 6th Dan. Founded in 1995 and affiliated to TSKUK, ESKA has had over 15,000 members and is dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate to the highest standard.

Classes are available seven days a week across multiple venues in and around Norwich, catering to all ages and abilities — from Tiny Tigers (ages 4–6) and Junior Karate, through to Adult and Family Karate.

Students are supported through a structured syllabus and examination programme, with the opportunity to progress all the way to Black Belt and compete at national and international level. ESKA was awarded the Eastern Daily Press Small Business of the Year Award in 2025.
