Essence Pilates is a friendly, personal Pilates studio in Godalming run by instructor Tamsin Burgess. Tamsin offers both group classes and private lessons — at her studio or in your home — catering to all ages, fitness levels and abilities.

Classes focus on core strength, posture, mobility, flexibility and overall wellbeing, with small equipment such as chi balls, dynabands and Pilates loops used to add variety and challenge. Pregnancy Pilates is also available.

With over 20 years of personal Pilates practice and a Level 3 Matwork qualification, Tamsin creates a knowledgeable, positive and fun environment where clients progress at their own pace.
