Everybody Sling Dance is a fun parent-and-child dance fitness class held at Little Paxton Village Hall in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Led by instructor Debi — a professional performer and Babywearing Peer Supporter — classes combine upbeat dancing with babywearing, welcoming parents with babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
Slings are not essential; children can sit, play or sleep at the side while parents enjoy a solo workout. Sling hire is also available in class.
