Evolution Body Building Gym is a family-run bodybuilding and fitness gym founded in 2018 by Tony Finegan, a competitive bodybuilder with over 25 years of experience. Based in Johnstone, the gym is built on three pillars — inclusivity, cleanliness, and unwavering support — welcoming everyone from first-time gym-goers to competitive athletes.
The team of personal trainers offers tailored training plans, nutrition guidance, weight loss programmes, functional training, virtual fitness classes, Early Bird Circuit Classes, and women's empowerment coaching through Sylvia Stephen's Project Empowerment.
