Evolution Fitness is an all-inclusive fitness facility based on Dyffryn Business Park in Ystrad Mynach. Founded by Greg after 7 years in the fitness industry, the gym offers over 90 equipment stations and 30+ weekly classes including WOD, Kettlebells, Spin and Circuits.
The friendly, inclusive environment caters to all levels — from professional athletes to busy parents — and includes a café snack bar with freshly cooked meals and healthy meal prep options.
