Evolv the Studio offers boutique infrared heated movement classes across two beautifully designed locations in Poulton-Le-Fylde and Ansdell. Expert-led in-person classes include Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Step Aerobics, and the signature Evolv Method — all designed to strengthen the body, focus the mind, and support a balanced approach to wellbeing.
The studio uses infrared heaters to warm the space to around 34°C, helping increase circulation, ease joint stiffness, and deepen movement. Classes are low-impact, suitable for all ages and abilities, and can be adapted or progressed to individual needs.
