Evolve Gym is a fully equipped 24/7 gym based in the centre of Ormskirk, open 365 days a year.
The gym features a traditional weight training room with dumbbells up to 50kg, two smith machines, power racks, cable machines, leg press and much more, alongside a large functional training room with cardio machines, Olympic lifting equipment, CrossFit-style kit, kettlebells and gymnastics apparatus.
Personal training is also available in 30, 45 and 60-minute sessions for all fitness levels, with no gym membership required. Memberships are no-contract with no joining fees, and a free trial session is available on request.
