Evolve Fitness is a boutique personal training centre in Yarm, established in 2016 as a small-group alternative to large franchise gyms. Offering a wide range of classes including Body Bar & Bands, Boxercise, HIIT, Kick Fit, Cardio Boxing, and EMS, as well as the signature Level 12 lifestyle and nutrition programme.

The team includes coaches and an in-house nutritionist, and every member receives a tailored fitness and nutrition plan. Personal training sessions (including home visits) are available, and there is a dedicated Sanity class for girls aged 11–16 focused on fitness, nutrition and body confidence.
