Home of Commando Box — a unique blend of military and boxing fitness techniques — the club offers classes for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes.

Classes include Commando Box, Boxing, Kids Classes, Personal Training, and Private Classes, as well as charity boxing events. No contracts, no joining fees.
