F.I.T. Club (Fast Intensive Training) is a military-boxing fitness studio founded in 1990 by ex-commando Clive Gibson. Based at 10 High Bridge Street in Newcastle Upon Tyne, it offers its signature Commando Box classes — a unique combination of military and boxing fitness techniques designed to push your fitness to the next level.

The club welcomes all backgrounds, ages and fitness levels, offering classes, personal training, kids' classes, boxing, fitness assessments, private classes, and charity boxing events. No contracts, no joining fees.
