Feal Pilates

Feal Pilates is a boutique Pilates sanctuary in Moseley, Birmingham, offering authentic classical Pilates refined through contemporary sequencing and conscious breath.

The studio features Reformer, Tower (Cadillac), Wunda Chair and Mat classes, structured across two distinct series: the Align Series — slow, precise, anatomically focused work rooted in classical tradition — and the Evolve Series — athletic, continuous movement with progressive resistance and minimal rest.

Classes are led by instructors with deep anatomical knowledge, delivering responsive rather than scripted teaching. Feal positions itself as a holistic wellbeing space where movement, restoration and nourishment exist under one roof.
