FEELZ FIT is a supportive group exercise gym based in Studley (B80), near Redditch, and a National Fitness Awards finalist for Group Exercise Gym of the Year. The studio believes fitness should feel good, not forced, and is built around a welcoming community that helps members stay consistent, motivated and confident.
Classes span five training categories: Functional (mobility, flexibility and balance), Engine (cardio-based HIIT including rowing, skipping and cycling), Elevate (boxing, dance and mood-boosting workouts), Lift (strength training from calisthenics to barbell and dumbbell movements) and Zen (relaxation and mindfulness).
The timetable runs on a rolling two-week schedule with options from 30-minute 'Quicky' sessions to full-hour classes, plus Aqua Pilates held at a pool in Redditch B98. A 7-day trial and a 6-week Health Club Kick Start programme are available for newcomers.
