Felixstowe Fitness is a friendly, well-equipped unmanned gym located right on the high street at Studio 8, Hamilton Road, Felixstowe. Opened in December 2022, it offers a wide range of Life Fitness and Concept 2 cardio equipment, Technogym resistance and strength machines, a free weights room with cages and squat racks, bodyweight areas, changing rooms, and showers.

With no fixed contracts, a free gym app, and a personal trainer available, it aims to be a gym for everyone — all ages and abilities welcome.
