Fight & Fitness is a state-of-the-art martial arts and fitness academy based at the Northern Echo Arena in Darlington. Led by Head Coach Michael Dicks, a former two-time World Muay Thai Champion, the gym specialises in Muay Thai (Thai boxing), amateur and professional boxing, bootcamps, personal training, and general fitness classes.

With over 30 years of combined coaching experience, the friendly team welcomes all levels — from complete beginners to competitive fighters — in a diverse and supportive atmosphere. The gym also offers children's and junior classes, ladies-only bootcamp, strength and conditioning, and specialist training for the Armed Forces, Fire Brigade and Police.
