Fight Klub is the original drum & bass workout, founded in 2003 by celebrity fitness trainer Troy Dureh. The high-intensity class combines boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing and dance, performed around a professional-grade freestanding punch bag and set to heavyweight underground beats — creating the atmosphere of a nightclub.
Now taught in over 500 locations across 9 countries, Fight Klub offers community classes, gym/leisure centre sessions and its own branded Boxe Studios.
