Fir Vale Healthy Living Centre

Fir Vale Healthy Living Centre is a community-focused fitness and wellness facility in the heart of Fir Vale, Sheffield, run by Aspiring Communities Together (ACT). The centre offers a fully equipped gym with top-of-the-line machines, a steam room, and up to four fitness classes per day, seven days a week — all included in a single membership fee.

Classes range from Aerobics, HIIT, Boxercise, Circuit, LBT, Pump, Step, Tone, and Zumba, and are designed for all fitness levels. Qualified staff deliver a weight management and exercise referral programme tailored to individual needs. On-site there is also a welcoming café lounge serving healthy, multi-cultural food with free Wi-Fi, as well as alternative therapy services.

The centre's mission is to improve health, well-being and quality of life for local people while reducing health inequalities in the Fir Vale and Burngreave communities.
