Firefly Poles is a boutique pole dance and aerial studio in Norwich offering structured classes in pole dance, aerial hoop (lyra), and aerial silks for all levels. Classes are taught in a fun and friendly environment, progressing students from beginner fundamentals through to advanced inverted tricks and performance routines.
The studio is led by Holly Munson, winner of Miss Pole Dance UK 2017.
