First Class Fitness HQ (FCF) is a boutique fitness studio based in Dorset, Weymouth, offering personal training, group fitness, HYROX training, and weekly yoga classes. Led by coaches Marcus Biles BSc and Ryan Jolly, FCF has been transforming members' health and fitness for over 12 years.
The studio is an official HYROX Training Club and prides itself on a strong, results-driven community culture with dedicated programmes for men and women.
