Established in 2003, Fit 4 Life is a family-run gym in the heart of Newtown, Mid Wales, overlooking the River Severn. The gym offers a full range of CYBEX cardio and resistance equipment, free weights, and a recently refurbished studio hosting classes including Boxercise, Kettleworx, and Fitness Fun.

A qualified instructor is always on duty, and every member follows a personalised training programme — because 'one size does not fit all'. Personal training, corporate membership packages, a sunbed, and changing rooms with showers are also available.
