Fit 4 Life PT 24.7 is a personal training service based in Islington, London, run by Taj — an experienced PT with 15+ years of professional training experience. Sessions are available one-to-one at state-of-the-art PT studios in Islington N1 or Tower Hamlets E1, as well as through a flexible online coaching programme.

Each client receives a bespoke exercise and nutrition plan tailored to their goals, whether that's weight loss, athletic performance, injury rehabilitation, or general fitness.
