The studio offers 1-2-1 personal training, small group PT (max 6 people), 6-week bootcamps, strength & conditioning for athletes, sports therapy & rehabilitation, and children's boxing and conditioning.

Sessions run throughout the day with early morning, mid-morning and evening slots available.
