Fit For Life Mums is an outdoor women's fitness community based at Knutsford Sports Club on Mereheath Lane. Led by Karen, sessions take place in the beautiful grounds of the club and are designed for women who prefer the great outdoors over a traditional gym.

Groups are capped at 20 ladies per coach to ensure personal attention, and training is described as time-efficient, effective, varied and fun. Members in Knutsford also have access to Hartford sessions, live coached online classes, and a library of pre-recorded workouts.
