Fit Indeed is a boutique fitness studio based in the Isle of Dogs, London, specialising in HIIT Pilates — a dynamic combination of high-intensity interval training and Pilates mat work. Classes are offered both in-person at Island Gardens (E14) and live online via Zoom every Monday at 6:50pm, plus weekly in-person sessions every Wednesday at 6:30pm.

The structured workout is split into three phases: HIIT to burn fat, Pilates to tone and strengthen the full body, and mindful stretching to improve flexibility and de-stress.
