Fit8 is a boutique 75sqm studio in Wimbledon Village offering personal prescriptive exercise, functional coaching and sports rehabilitation. Every member begins with a screening by the lead sports rehabilitator to identify weaknesses, tightness or imbalances, and all sessions are tailored accordingly.

Membership includes access to both one-to-one prescriptive sessions and a diverse range of group classes — from stretch and tone to high-energy circuits. The studio's sports rehabilitation department treats everything from sports injuries and back pain to pre- and post-surgery recovery, chronic conditions and joint pain.

Coaches are trained the fit8 way, with dynamic warm-ups and progressive, monitored programming so the studio is always ready to pick up where you left off.
