Fitbirds is a female-founded and co-owned boutique fitness and wellness studio based in South East London. Operating from their studio The Nest in Forest Hill (SE23) as well as outdoor sessions in Mayow Park and Crystal Palace Park, Fitbirds specialises in female embodied movement with a focus on core and pelvic floor training.
Classes weave together breathwork, mindfulness, mobility and strength training — ranging from rehab and restoration to calisthenics and Pilates. The welcoming community ethos is central to everything: members train together, support each other and connect in a playful, inclusive environment.
Fitbirds also offers retreats, prenatal courses, events, workshops and an online programme called Strong In 30 Days.

The best reformer Pilates studios in London 2026
We mapped all 127 reformer Pilates studios in London and picked out the best-reviewed ones – with their real intro offers, class prices and neighbourhoods, straight from the studios'' own price lists.

Pilates or yoga: which one should you choose?
They look almost identical from the outside — a mat, comfy kit, a lot of breathing. They train very different things. We compare the goal, the intensity, the price and the class itself, using real data from 1,561 yoga studios and 1,563 pilates studios across the UK.
