FITISM is a boutique fitness studio offering expert-led personal training in small groups, with locations across Cheshire including Wilmslow. The FITISM Method combines purposeful workouts, outstanding coaching, and an exceptional member experience.

Every session is part of a carefully designed 13-week training block, delivered in two signature formats: BUILD (intelligent strength training for lean muscle and movement quality) and BURN (conditioning). A structured 6-week introduction programme helps new members learn the training style, build consistency, and gain confidence.

Nutrition support and mindset coaching are also integral to the offering.
