Fitjoy is a dance fitness company based in Chichester offering fun, inclusive classes for all abilities. Studio and live-streamed sessions include Zumba, Body Tone, Broadway Boogie, Clubbercise and Saturday Dance Blast, held at local venues including the Newell Centre and Donnington Parish Hall. Classes are also available on demand so you can work out at home in your own time.

The team of enthusiastic, highly qualified instructors — led by founder Natalie Temple — pride themselves on a warm community atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
