Fitness Dynamics is a welcoming wellness and movement studio led by Sam Horton, offering Restorative Pilates, strength, fascia and breathwork classes both in-person and online. Based in Cumbria, Sam supports people dealing with stiffness, stress, fatigue, back pain and midlife changes such as menopause.
Classes are low-impact, inclusive and designed to help you move more freely, build strength, improve balance and posture, and feel better in your body. One-to-one personal Pilates training and wellness coaching are also available, alongside workshops, events and a supportive community membership.
