Fitness For You is a friendly community fitness service run by Sarah, a fully qualified instructor based in south Derbyshire. Specialising in Fitness Pilates and strength & resistance classes, Sarah offers face-to-face venue classes, live online Zoom classes six days a week, and a growing video-on-demand library.

Classes are designed for 'non-gym' people of all genders who enjoy exercising in a social, relaxed and non-competitive atmosphere — particularly popular with more mature participants. Sarah prides herself on building a loyal fitness community where people work out, have fun and make friends.
