Fitnesshub Brighton is an independent personal training gym located near Brighton's main train station at the top of London Road. Winner of The Argus' Best Gym in Sussex 2019, the studio has been training clients since 2010, catering for all abilities from beginners to sporting professionals.
It offers small group personal training, 1-to-1 personal training, fitness classes (including Spartan and Lift360), full gym membership, and in-house injury therapy and physio. The gym features cardio machines, free weights, resistance machines, an open training rig with indoor astro-track, strongman equipment, and more.
