Fizz Fitness is Plymouth's personal training, fitness, beauty and massage centre. The fully equipped gym offers 30+ machines, a sauna, and a wide range of classes including step, kickboxing, pilates, bootcamp, and specialist sessions for kids and those with special needs.
Alongside fitness, the centre provides personal training (one-to-one and group), Kalonice Beauty spa services (massage, facials, nails), hairdressing and barbering. The studio prides itself on making fitness fun for all levels and is planning a relaunch with expanded holistic therapy, aesthetics and wellbeing offerings.
