Flackwell Boxing and Fitness is a friendly, England Boxing affiliated club based in Flackwell Heath, offering boxing and fitness sessions for all the family — from age 5 upwards.
Coached by a team of Level 1 and 2 certified England Boxing coaches with decades of competitive and teaching experience, the club welcomes complete beginners through to those with competitive ambitions. Sessions include general boxing, a women's-only BoxFit programme (Fierce Females), and music-oriented classes.
The ethos is community-first: supportive, inclusive and fun, with the goal of helping every member become the best version of themselves.
