Carolyn Kingdon has been teaching FLexercise — a fun, friendly and effective fitness system based on physical exercise, yoga and movement — to women in Plymouth for 50 years. Classes cover lively dance routines, floor work, core strength, clubs and ribbons, and cater to a wide range of ages (14–92).

Carolyn runs two weekly sessions at local venues, helping participants improve posture, balance, strength and energy levels in a welcoming community environment.
