Flight Aerial Arts is Colchester's only dedicated circus skills school, offering aerial arts classes for all levels from beginners to advanced. Led by experienced instructor Danielle Sosta, the studio offers Aerial Yoga, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Static Trapeze, Bungee Dance Fitness, Pole Fitness, and Kids classes.

Classes are multi-level and inclusive, with all students encouraged in a friendly and supportive environment. Group events, parties, and private sessions are also available.
