Flix Gymnastics Bedford is a fun, inclusive, and professional gymnastics club founded by brothers Carl and Luke Denham. The club offers a clear pathway from beginner to elite level, with Recreational Gymnastics classes for ages 4–8 and 9+, an Acrobatic Pathway programme for ages 4+, and a Competitive Squad preparing gymnasts to compete at County, Regional and National level.
Sessions focus on developing coordination, confidence, strength, and technique in a supportive, family-focused environment.
