Flow Fitness is a women's fitness and wellbeing community founded by Lauren, a Level 3 pre- and post-natal fitness specialist. Based in Liverpool (with a location in Maghull), the studio takes a holistic approach to women's health, welcoming women of all ages — including those with bumps, babies and older children.
