FLOW is a boutique movement studio in Fitzrovia offering Reformer Pilates, Barre, Strength & Sculpt and more. The space is designed where movement meets stillness and mindset, welcoming every level from first-timers to seasoned regulars. Amenities include complimentary shower and sweat towels, premium toiletries, an on-site bar (Frankie's Bar), and an on-demand platform.
FLOW also offers teacher training in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Pre/Postnatal courses, as well as private events and location hire.
