Flow State is Essex's destination for Pole Dancing, Aerial Hoop, Fitness & Wellbeing. Founded by instructors Bella and Lorenza, the studio offers Pole Fitness classes for all levels — from complete beginners to mixed ability — as well as Aerial Hoop, Yoga, mindfulness workshops, events and retreats.

The experienced teaching team is passionate about helping students build strength, confidence and body appreciation in a supportive community environment.
