Flow State is Brighton & Hove's home of embodied yoga and movement for every body. Born from a passion for an embodied approach to yoga, the studio celebrates individual uniqueness and offers a diverse timetable of classes — from energising morning flows and grounding lunchtime sessions to restorative slow flows — seven days a week.
The welcoming community space also hosts events, workshops, breathwork ceremonies, sound ceremonies, handstand jams, CPD trainings and more, and is available for private hire.
