Flow State is a warm, community-led yoga and meditation studio run by teachers Lily and Bailey, who bring 8 years of deep practice and 200-hour training from Thailand. Classes are held at The Barn in Purley on Thames and St Michael's Church Hall in Tilehurst, with additional weekly online sessions via Zoom.

The offering spans Centering Flow and Nurturing Flow yoga sessions, mindfulness, breathwork and nervous system regulation — all designed to help people unwind, build flexibility and find deep inner peace. Suitable for all levels, with mats provided and a first class completely free.
