Focus is Enniskillen's only gym and recovery service all under one roof, established in 2018. The team is dedicated to helping members reach their goals and achieve lasting results. All personal trainers welcome all abilities and focus on correct form and technique.
Services include gym access with free-weights and functional training equipment, an outdoor gym (first of its kind in Fermanagh), group fitness classes (Strength & Conditioning, circuits, HIIT, free-weights and more), personal training, recovery, and physiotherapy. The gym is open 24/7.
