Focus Calisthenics is a bodyweight training studio in Egham founded by Oliver Nelson, offering colour-coded group classes for all levels. Blue Classes focus on learning and skill-building under calming blue light, Red Classes deliver high-intensity workouts under bold red light, and Purple Classes provide stretch and restore sessions for mobility and recovery.

Every session is designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence through mindful movement in a supportive, ego-free environment.
