Forest Fit Clubs is an outdoor group fitness club founded in 2009 by Joe Day, running sessions at Somerley Estate on the edge of the New Forest near Ringwood, Hampshire. With over 15 years of community-led training, the club offers circuit training, kettlebell workouts, strength and conditioning, and more — all outdoors in the fresh air.

Sessions are scaled to every fitness level, there are no contracts or joining fees, and the ethos is firmly community-first: no mirrors, no judgement, just qualified instructors, fresh air, and a group that notices when you don't show up.
