Forge Female Fitness is Ballymoney's ladies-only gym and UK Ladies Gym of the Year 2025–2026. Founded in 2016 by Coach Grace, Forge offers expert-coached small-group classes covering strength, cardio, intervals, mobility and mood-boosting sessions — all suitable for beginners and adapted to every fitness level.

The highly qualified all-female coaching team specialises in strength, nutrition, mental health, menopause, pre & post natal, active aging, cardiology and biomechanics, making it one of the most comprehensive female health and fitness facilities in the UK.

New members begin with a 6 Week Jumpstart programme, which includes a private No Sweat Intro session before their first class.
