Forge Fitness is a not-for-profit community gym in Rainhill, Merseyside, where everyone is welcome regardless of age or ability. The gym offers a wide range of classes including boxing, hybrid training, circuit training, kickboxing, kettlebells, meditation, personal training, and adaptive sessions for people with additional needs.

At the heart of the gym is the Phoenix Project, a charity programme supporting young people aged 6–18 who face bullying, mental health challenges, disabilities, and difficult home lives. The team includes a 4x Olympian and Olympic bronze medallist, a Pro MMA Champion, and experienced boxing coaches.
