Alongside the signature Strength Reformer and Hybrid Reformer sessions, the mat studio offers Pilates, Yoga and Barre. Classes are capped at 8 reformer beds or 10–15 for mat, keeping the experience personal and instructor-led. A Beginners Bootcamp is available for new clients.
