Foundry Fitness Wellness Centre is a private personal training studio located at 206 Stanley Road, Teddington, approximately 5 minutes from Fulwell train station. The studio offers 1-2-1 and small group training sessions with a functional movement philosophy, using 3D free-space exercises across three planes of human movement.

Classes include boxing, Pilates fusion, running club, Body Fuel circuits, Straps/Bands/Bells (TRX & kettlebells), and rotating 'Top Up' sessions. During every session you are the only client in the building, ensuring complete privacy. The studio is led by directors Stuart and Martin Levett, who have over 13 and 10 years of industry experience respectively.
