Four Seasons Health & Leisure Club is a family-run gym and swim club set in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside, just 10 minutes from Carmarthen. The club offers a modern, well-equipped gym with cardiovascular machines, free weights and resistance equipment, as well as an 18-metre heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
Part of the gym has been converted into a studio for free weights and yoga. Members also enjoy spa treatments including massage, facials and reflexology, and a range of classes such as Aquafit, Yoga, Zumba and swimming lessons. Personal training and one-to-one sessions are available. The club also offers accommodation, a café and beautiful gardens on site.
