We pass your request on to the studio

Free the Spirit Yoga is a Dru Yoga and Yoga Nidra studio led by qualified instructor Philippa (Pippa) Hazeldine. Classes are offered in person around Wolverhampton, Wombourne and Sedgley, as well as online via Zoom, and one-to-one sessions are available at home.

The approach is slow, calming and non-competitive — part of the 'slow yoga movement' — focused on improving mobility, core strength, mental wellbeing and inner peace. A free taster class is available for new students.
