Freedom Rhythmic Gymnastics CIC is a rhythmic gymnastics club for children based in South London, with sessions at venues in Bromley and Croydon. Combining elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance and apparatus handling (rope, ball, hoop and ribbon), the club runs recreational groups for ages 5–10 as well as competitive squads.
The Rainbow group introduces motor skills and rhythm to 5–6 year olds, while the Sapphire group builds on apparatus technique for 7–10 year olds. Classes run during school term time and the club has produced notable gymnasts including 2022 Commonwealth Games medallist Marfa Ekimova.
